    I was at the Beyonce concert at the Essence Music Festival and I had to walk out because it was too much to take.

    Everytime I hear Halo I get all emotional – am much better today .

    I told my hubby either I am losing it or I may need to check into menopause manor for some R & R – I was joking but now I am beginning to wonder… DOH!

    I think I might need a pre lunch beverage.
